Common Nissan-Infiniti Car Remote Now Sold In AutoZone and Pep Boys Stores

The most common keyless entry remote control used on Nissan and Infiniti vehicles will be stocked in all Pep Boys stores beginning Monday, December 10th. This keyfob is also available in 214 AutoZone stores as part of a test market. The car remote replaces keyless entry transmitters used on many Nissan and Infiniti vehicles over the past 12 years.

The keyless entry remote is a 4-button part with FCC ID KBRASTU15. It can be used as a replacement for any 3-button or 4-button keyfob with that FCC ID or with the FCC IDs CWTWB1U415 or CWTWB1U733. The keyless entry systems associated with this remote control were first used on Nissan Maximas and Pathfinders in 2001. They were subsequently used on Nissan Altima, Murano, Quest, Rogue and 350Z, as well as Infiniti FX-35, FX-45, G-35, I-35 and QX-4. These keyfobs are still in use on Infiniti QX-56 and Nissan Armada, Frontier, Pathfinder, Sentra, Titan, Versa and Xterra vehicles that do not have push-button start.
