Replacement Factory Keyless Entry Remote Transmitters (“Smart Keys”) for 2004-2009 Toyota Prius

Toyota Prius vehicles sold in North America for the 2004 through 2009 model years used one of two remote transmitters. Part 886-1886 with FCC ID MOZB21GT and a black Toyota logo on the back was used on vehicles with no passive entry. Part 917-1917 with FCC ID MOZB31EG and a chrome logo was used on vehicles with passive entry (“PEPS”). These two remotes are not interchangeable, so be sure you know which remote you need before making a purchase.
