View CartDating back to the late 1990s, Toyota offered an optional dealer-installed or port-installed remote start system for its vehicles. This system was made by Audiovox and branded “Securikey +5” on the front of the keyfob. The remote transmitter has FCC ID ELVAT8E on the back. It has 5 buttons — lock, unlock and an optional function button on the front plus remote start and panic on the back.
The remote is no longer made and may be hard to find. Remotes Unlimited offers a new Audiovox replacement remote that works for the Securikey +5 system. It is part 495-1495. See a listing for both parts at the following link:
