View CartWe received a Facebook post on our timeline yesterday asking about the correct remote for a 2006 Toyota Sequoia. My response was as follows:
If your 2006 Sequoia has a Toyota factory system in it and the vehicle was originally sold in the North American market, the correct part for it is Remotes Unlimited part 914-1914. This remote is user programmable.

If your vehicle does not look like this, but has a Toyota logo on it and an FCC that starts with BAB237131, then it is a dealer installed system and uses a different remote. If your remote looks totally different than the part shown above, then you may have an aftermarket alarm system in the vehicle. In that case visit the Remotes Unlimited home page – www.RemotesUnlimited.com – and search for your part by the FCC ID on the back of the keyfob or by the alarm system brand and model.
