This 4-button factory keyless entry remote is RUI part 869-1869. Toyota part numbers for the part are 89070-06231 and 89070-06232. See this remote at the following link:

Please note: Camry vehicles with push-button start use a different remote transmitter. Also, some Japan-built Camrys from the 2010-11 model years used a different keyhead remote. But RUI part 869-1869 is the correct part for all North American Camrys with a keyed ignition from 2007-09 and all US-built Camrys for the 2010-11 model years.

This part will have to be taken to a dealership or locksmith along with your Camry to get the key cut and to program the vehicle to accept the new remote transmitter.
