What Are My Shipping Options?

Unless you specify otherwise, RUI ships all web orders via the US Postal Service (USPS).  We chose this method because the USPS ships to more addresses at lower cost than UPS or Fedex.  All orders are insured and trackable.  Online customers may select an expedited level of delivery service (typically, three-day Priority mail via USPS) for most destinations.  And, if the options shown on our website are not fast enough, a customer may always call and request an even quicker method of delivery.


Is There A Warranty On RUI Parts?

Absolutely. RUI warrants all parts we sell against manufacturing defects for up to 180 days after purchase.


What If I Need To Return A Remote I Purchased From RUI?

No problem.  But we hope you will call us first. If you are having difficulty making a replacement remote work with your system, there is a good chance the problem is in one of the vehicle components or that programming is not working for some reason.  In many cases, our technical specialists can help you diagnose and sometimes fix the problem over the phone.
