Internet Orders

Timeliness: All Internet orders receive prompt attention. RUI maintains an inventory for nearly all parts we sell, so most orders can be shipped the same day (if received by early afternoon Central time) or the following day. RUI requests an email address so that we can contact you if there are any questions about your order and to notify you when an order has been shipped.

Prepayment: All retail orders must be prepaid. RUI accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards for Internet sales. (If a customer wishes to pay with a check or money order, RUI can accommodate this, but only if the order is placed by phone - call 877-719-1900. Orders paid by check or money order will not be shipped until funds have been collected.)

Order Cancellation: Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled only by calling RUI customer service at 281-820-0300, ext 0, and only if the order has not already been shipped. Once an order is shipped, return policies will apply.

Sales Tax: At present, RUI is only required to collect sales tax if a customer's shipping address is in Texas. All non-Texas orders will be tax free. This policy is subject to change if RUI is required to do so due to tax laws changes.
