2010 Hyundai Sonata Keyless Entry Remotes

A reader asked about replacement remotes for a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. This vehicle used two different remotes. 2010 Sonata cars with push-button ignition use Hyundai part number 95440-3Q000. This is a 5-button “Smart Key” (proximity) remote with lock, unlock, trunk and panic buttons for the vehicle plus a fifth button for releasing the back-up key.

2010 Sonatas with a keyed ignition use Hyundai part number 95430-3Q000, which has been replaced by 95430-3Q001. This is a 4-button keyfob remote with lock, unlock, trunk and panic buttons.

Both of these remotes require dealership programming with a scan tool.

      Sorry for the delay in responding. I was on vacation for a few days. We do not show 95440-3Q001 as a valid Hyundai part number. However, the FCC ID on the Sonata proximity remote part 95440-3Q000 is SY5HMFNA04.
