Too Busy To Vote . . . Not Too Busy To Shop

We are a little distressed by the low voter turnout yesterday. Based on retail sales, folks were not too busy to shop. For the future, we propose an idea. Give every voter a receipt to show they voted. Then, have all stores offer a discount for that day and the following day only to customers who show that receipt.
