Toyota Keyless Entry Remotes May Get Less Expensive

Toyota has always been a company that asks more for replacement parts than most other vehicle manufacturers. While Ford, GM and Honda keyless entry remotes generally have dealer list prices well under $100, Toyota charges as much as $150 for parts with the exact same technology and raw production cost. This makes Toyota parts somewhat more attractive to Chinese manufacturers who want to “knock off” replacement parts that will have a very high value-to-cost ratio. Remotes Unlimited expects to see many more Toyota keyless entry keyfobs, key-head remotes and proximity remotes coming out of China at attractive prices soon.
