View Cart2002 and 2003 Acura CL cars were equipped with seat memory, so their keyless entry system used two keyfobs instead of just one. One part has a “1” on the back of the case and the other a “2”. These markings are to help the owner distinguish when there are two separate seat memory positions stored in the vehicle. In fact, there is no difference between the two keyfobs. A vehicle can have two keyfobs with the same fob number and one will still correspond with each of the two different seat memory positions if those are set up when the two remotes are programmed.
