2007 Cadillac SRX Keyless Entry Remote

A reader of my last blog post (see here) asked if 2007 Cadillac SRX SUVs used the same remote as the 2006 model. The answer is no, 2007 SRX vehicles had a different factory keyless entry system that used a different style of keyfob. The 2007 remotes have FCC ID OUC60270, although some of the keyfobs do not show this number on the outside of the case. 2007 Cadillac SRXs, like the 2006 model, offered seat memory, so there are remotes out there with Fob 1 or Fob 2 on the back. However, the fobs are interchangeable, so it does not matter if there is a fob number on the back of the case or what that fob number is.
