View CartCode Alarm was a major player in the aftermarket alarm system business. Among other products, Code Alarm made many of the systems branded by the vehicle manufacturers as optional dealer-installed keyless entry systems. So, you find Code Alarm Products with brands on them such as Hyundai and Kia, Ford Vehicle Security and so forth. When Code Alarm decided to exit the aftermarket alarm system business a few years ago, Audiovox acquired the company. Audiovox has continued production of many replacement remote controls for Code Alarm systems and discontinued others.
A set of three common remotes used on Code Alarm systems has FCC ID GOH-PAN05. One of the remotes had two buttons and the other two were 4-button keyfobs. The 2-button remote and one of the 4-button keyfobs has been discontinued by Code Alarm (Audiovox). But the other 4-button replacement remote, with Code Alarm part number CATX120, is still available. All three remotes with FCC ID GOH-PAN05 are interchangeable, so CATX120 (RUI part 496-1496) can be used to replace the two discontinued keyfobs.
