View CartBlog site visitors always keep us on our toes. A reader contacted us to let us know that he has a Honda remote with FCC ID E4EG8DJ and that it is a 3-button key fob. Yes, Honda also used systems with 3-button remotes that had this FCC ID. The Honda part number on that remote is 72147-S3Y-A01. The 3-button key fobs were used on Honda Insight cars for the model years 2000 through 2006. As with the 4-button version, the 3-button remote is user programmable.
